During
the Event
The event will begin with a short speech
on the aims and objectives of the event.
All participants will be organised in
groups of six at each table (3 males
and 3 females), which will be pre-determined.
We will instigate a rotational system,
whereby after the males have conversed
with the females on their table for
a set time, they will then move on to
the next table.
This rotation system will ensure that
you have the opportunity to meet everyone
at the event. As the evening runs its’
course, light refreshments
will be available throughout the event
In the latter part of the event, there
will be ample time for people to pursue
one to one conversations with parties
they are interested in. We recommend that you get
most out of the event by pursuing a
one to one dialogue at the event.
